Subscription Based Services Refund Policy

Subscription based services are ones that are paid in monthly regular basis upon a subscription with monthly or yearly recurring payment

Refunds are only available within the first paid month after the trial period for monthly subscriptions and within 30 days of payment for annual subscriptions. After these periods, we cannot offer refunds.

To cancel your trial/subscription for cloud, please follow the instructions below:

• Log in to members area and choose "Cancel subscription" option to complete the process.

The  subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle and your credit card will not be charged again. No credit is offered for canceling an account prior to the end of a billing cycle.

Please contact us to request a refund during the first month of paid service (following a trial) or within 30 days of payment for an annual subscription.

Non Subscription Based Services Refund Policy

Non subscription based services are all of the services provided NSPECT.IO except subscription based services.

As per refund request ,  NSPECT.IO will charge minimum  %25 of payment amount as service processing fee for refund process.

Refund amount is decided by NSPECT.IO as per review for procurement,

This amount can increase to %100. NSPECT.IO will not refund any amount if customer is acting against any of the legal terms that are listed in this link.

License Products Refund Policy

License products are any of the software license that is used to activate some partial functionality OR full functionality of any software based product that is sold in NSPECT.IO.

NSPECT.IO will not provide any refund for any software license product after completing the payment.

Software licenses bought from NSPECT.IO are non- refundable.

Custom Services Pricing Refund Policy

Custom services that NSPECT.IO provides are  prepared and tailored specifically considering  customer environment requirements have a "Pricing Service" fee that covers the cost of delivering a price proposal and priced separately. All "Pricing Service" Fees that is charged by NSPECT.IO  are non-refundable.

Money  Transfer  Commissions and Fees During Refund Process

All transfer fees and commissions that are charged by banks or payment processors during refund process during money transfers belongs to customer whose refund request is approved.

Refund Transfer Times

Typical refund transfer period is 1 week after approval of refund request. Please beware that it might be longer than this period due to payment channel and intermediary institutes facilitating transfer.
